Colombo,Sri LankaDigital Health (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC and operating under the Doc990 brand, is at the forefront of digital healthcare in Sri Lanka. Doc990 offers a comprehensive suite of digital health services, including doctor channeling, teleconsultations, medicine delivery, and lab services through its mobile app and website, www.doc.lk. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills to join our expanding team at Doc990.
Role Overview:
- Collaborate with hospitals to integrate them into the Doc990 platform.
- Conduct onsite training sessions for hospital staff, configure hospital printers, and manage other IT infrastructure services.
- Provide ongoing support to hospitals post-integration, addressing technical queries and clarifications.
- Offer remote assistance using desktop applications to resolve technical and operational issues for hospitals.
- Support the Doc990 IT team as needed and assist internal teams with hospital-related queries during and after integration.
Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate in IT/Computer Science, or
- A holder of a recently completed HND diploma in IT/Computer Science, or
- Possesses relevant IT/computer science certifications or diplomas.
- Available to work weekdays and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
