As a newly established company, we’re seeking a talented Front-End Developer Intern to join our team and contribute to our growing success.
Role Overview:
As a Front-End Developer Intern at Elegante Dove Design, you’ll immerse yourself in front-end development tasks, working remotely to design and develop engaging web layouts and features for our diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with PHP to manage and develop WordPress functionalities.
- Utilize MySQL for database management and data retrieval.
- Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins.
- Integrate external applications using REST API.
- Collaborate on projects to deliver high-quality, elegant web designs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Understanding of MySQL and WordPress Core functions.
- Experience in theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with REST API for WordPress integrations.
- Enrollment in a university or youth program in Computer Science, Programming, Front-End Development, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Yoast SEO.
- Experience with page builders like UX Page Builder or Elementor (optional but advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coding and project discussions.
- Good project management skills and a commitment to continuous learning in web development.
