The Role: Data Science Intern

We’re looking for a dynamic Data Science Intern with a strong foundation in AI techniques, particularly generative AI. In this role, you'll contribute to groundbreaking projects, drive innovation through cutting-edge AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to life. This is your chance to shape our data-driven strategies and play a key role in developing state-of-the-art AI systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Innovate: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
• Pioneer: Apply your expertise in Generative AI to refine models, contribute to synthetic data generation, and engineer GenAI agents using both commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Collaborate: Work closely with domain experts, software engineers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable AI solutions.
• Explore: Conduct exploratory data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for modeling.
• Lead: Stay ahead of AI trends, experiment with emerging techniques, and keep us at the cutting edge of the field.
• Communicate: Share your findings with both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Build: Help develop and maintain a robust machine-learning infrastructure that supports best practices across the organization.

What You Bring:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and experience implementing complex AI models.
• A passion for the scientific process with a deep understanding of AI system design, measurement, and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing is a plus.
