What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year as a DevOps Engineer.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with Linux systems in a production environment.
- Skilled in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools like shell scripting, Python, etc.
- Expertise in Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Puppet, Ansible, Terraform is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive attitude to challenge and improve current solutions with ethical considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Install, deploy, configure, monitor, optimize, and maintain server-related applications.
- Daily Operations: Ensure high availability through proactive management of system configurations and emergency response to failures.
- Project Support: Facilitate project upgrades, meet development requirements, and maintain operational systems.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage disaster recovery plans, including backups, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Research & Development: Explore and implement new technologies to enhance operations and maintenance.
- System Improvements: Continuously improve system architecture and documentation.
- Deployment Management: Oversee application roadmaps, manage production and non-production deployments.
- Security: Assess system architectures for vulnerabilities and recommend robust alternatives for clients.
