🔧 Your Role:
As an AI/ML Engineer at DevJobs.lk, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI models that analyze and optimize user resumes, match candidates with the best job opportunities, and much more. You’ll collaborate with our data scientists and engineers to bring AI-driven features to life, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis, optimization, and job matching.
• Data Processing: Work with large datasets, including cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data for training models.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
• Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models into the existing platform.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data processing techniques.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
