What You’ll Do:

  • Innovative Web Design & Development: Collaborate with us to craft cutting-edge web applications that align with our business needs. You'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design and development of solutions that make a real impact.

  • Craft Clean Code: Your code will be the backbone of our platform—clean, reusable, and maintainable. You'll push this code into production, ensuring it’s efficient and robust.

  • Elevate Through Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and help us elevate our practices to new heights. Your insights will be key to continuous improvement.

  • Document Your Brilliance: Create thorough documentation to support project delivery and maintain a knowledge base that empowers collaboration across teams.

  • Defeat Defects: Engage in rigorous testing and debugging to ensure that our code meets the highest standards. You’ll be a key player in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring we always deliver top-notch products.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest trends in web development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our team’s technical prowess.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with our engineering, product management, and design teams to bring products and features to life in a timely and effective manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Developer: You've got experience under your belt developing full-featured web applications that users love.

  • Academic Credentials: Whether you're pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or you’ve got comparable experience, you’re ready to dive in and make an impact.

  • Passion for Blockchain: You’re eager to learn more about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and are driven to solve the unique challenges users face.

  • Web Development Wiz: From HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to databases, APIs, and server-side development, you’ve got the know-how to deliver top-notch solutions. Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies is a plus.

  • Team Player: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you thrive when working with others towards a shared goal.

  • Independent Thinker: After three months, you’ll be self-motivated and working independently with minimal supervision. You’re curious, creative, and always seeking new ways to solve problems.

  • Problem Solver: You’re passionate about tackling problems head-on and have a strong sense of user empathy.

  • Growth Mindset: New technologies and methods excite you, and you’re always looking to expand your skill set.

  • Crypto Enthusiast: A keen interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and smart contracts is a must.

  • Bonus Points: Experience with Ruby, Rails, Javascript, React, Postgres, MongoDB, and AWS or Google Cloud is highly desirable.

Note:

  • Availability: This role is open for candidates available during the second half of 2024. We’re looking for someone who can commit to the entire period.
  • Location: We’re only accepting applications from candidates based in Malaysia and Singapore. If you’re outside these regions, check out our remote opportunities.
