We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. This is your chance to learn the ropes of software testing and quality assurance in a supportive, hybrid work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn the SDLC: Dive deep into the software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
- Test Cases & Plans: Assist in crafting, executing, and maintaining test cases and plans to ensure top-notch software quality.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Get hands-on with both manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure our software meets all requirements.
- Bug Reporting: Document and report any issues, helping to make our software even better.
- Collaborate & Troubleshoot: Work closely with developers and the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our QA processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Passion for QA: A strong interest in software testing and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Software Knowledge: A good understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Programming Basics: Basic knowledge of languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.
