What You’ll Do

As a Data Science Intern, you’ll join our dynamic product team to help build and optimize smart features such as:

  • 🔍 Resume Matching Algorithms

  • 📊 Job Recommendation Systems

  • 📈 User Behavior Analytics Dashboards

  • 🧠 Predictive Models to Improve Hiring Efficiency

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Cleaning and preprocessing job and user data

  • Performing EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) to uncover insights

  • Building and testing ML models (classification, clustering, NLP)

  • Creating data visualizations to support strategic decisions

  • Collaborating with backend and product teams to integrate models

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a curious, analytical mind with a passion for solving real-world problems through data.

✅ Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field

  • Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

  • Good understanding of machine learning concepts

  • Hands-on with data wrangling and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly)

  • Knowledge of SQL and basic APIs

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

💡 Nice to Have:

  • Experience with NLP (for resume/job description analysis)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Understanding of recommendation systems or user segmentation
