🔍 About the Role

As a Machine Learning Intern, you'll get hands-on experience building models that power intelligent job recommendations, smart resume matching, salary predictions, and more. You’ll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product team to bring cutting-edge AI features to life.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and evaluate ML models using Python (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch)

• Clean and prepare structured/unstructured datasets for training and inference

• Analyze patterns in job seeker and employer behavior to improve recommendation systems

• Collaborate on deploying models into production using APIs and automation tools

• Document findings and experiment results to support model decisions

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and Python programming

• Familiarity with tools like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Jupyter Notebooks

• Bonus: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or any ML competition (e.g., Kaggle)

• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world applications
