Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Software Engineer (Node.js) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js. You will work closely with our front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance APIs.
- Ensure the security and data protection of applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer specializing in Node.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
