Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement robust security and data protection measures.
  • Manage and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in back-end development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Java, PHP, or Node.js.
    • Expertise with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
    • Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
