Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create engaging and compelling content to attract and retain users.
  • Monitor and manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in the tech industry or a startup environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
    • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
