About You:
You have a robust background in backend engineering, with expertise in TypeScript or similar languages. Your experience includes building, evolving, and maintaining scalable and dependable systems.
Your Role:
- Architect and develop backend systems and services utilizing TypeScript/Node.js.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
- Create and uphold efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and deployments.
- Flexibility to tackle various tasks, including occasional frontend bug fixes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Over 5 years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend engineering.
- Proficient in TypeScript and/or related languages like Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent work ethic, communication, and teamwork skills.
