ShiftX is seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our development team to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product offerings and meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing, ensuring they meet user needs and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research to validate design decisions and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Continually assess and improve the user experience of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and a portfolio demonstrating a variety of design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
