What You'll Do
- Prepare regular information and cybersecurity risk reports for the Head of Risk & Compliance and the Audit Risk & Compliance Committee.
- Support information and cybersecurity risk assessments and ongoing monitoring across all ADA locations.
- Assist the Head of Risk & Compliance in applying information and cybersecurity risk frameworks and ensuring adherence to Information Security regulations.
- Help update and implement new policies, procedures, and guidelines, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Aid in the rollout of the Axiata Cyber Security program’s wide-reaching initiatives.
- Organize and deliver regular cybersecurity awareness sessions and training for staff.
- Develop and review cybersecurity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Set up and manage a cybersecurity-focused onboarding program.
- Contribute to various cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance projects.
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field, or working towards a professional IT qualification.
- A solid understanding of Information and Cyber Security concepts is preferred.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and eager to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
