Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Manage testing efforts across 1-3 projects, meeting tight deadlines.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
- Provide clear and concise feedback and documentation on issues found during testing.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
Essential Skills:
- Strong grasp of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience with manual and automated testing.
- Basic knowledge and experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- ISTQB certification is a plus but not mandatory.
